Gardens are such special places and are often seen as an extra outdoor ‘room’.
We love to decorate ours in the same way we do our home. We have a pair of beautiful obelisks that add structure and architecture to our garden, especially in the winter when the plants die back. We also have a gazebo that Andrew designed and built - a wonderful place to relax.
We have a menagerie of rescue animals including sheep, hens and shetland ponies and we needed to protect our precious trees as the animals think nothing of stripping them bare – to them, the trees are just another tasty meal! Our tree guards not only look good, but do a great job of protecting our precious plants.
CIRCULAR TREE GUARD
This decorative circular tree guard protects young saplings from damage caused by livestock and wild animals. The tree guard comes partially disassembled (in 2 halves) so that you can position it easily around the tree and then jigsaw it together. All you need to do to secure them is screw them together once assembled around the tree.

SQUARE TREE GUARD
This square tree guard does exactly the same job of protecting young saplings from damage caused by livestock and wild animals. The tree guard tree comes ready assembled and you simply disassemble it to position it easily around the tree. It is jigsawed and the pieces slide together to give a perfect fit. All you need to do to secure them is screw them together once assembled around the tree.

SQUARE TAPERED TREE GUARD
This square tree guard is designed to protect your trees from damage caused by livestock and wild animals, lawn mowers and ride-ons. The tree guard is supplied with fixings and is easily assembled once you’ve positioned it around the tree. It consists of four panels and four stakes for easy assembly.

OBELISKS
Obelisks add structure and architecture to a garden, especially in the winter when the plants die back. Made from oak, the obelisks come in 3 sizes. An obelisk takes 2 days for Andrew to make and they come ready assembled with handmade dowels. The finial is handcrafted on a lathe.

OAK STADDLE BLOCKS
Our wooden staddle blocks look attractive (especially as they age and weather) and do a great job of defining the entrance to a driveway and marking boundaries. They can be cemented into the ground or left free-standing on even ground. If you’d like to link them together with a heavy rope or chain we can add a hole in each staddle stone for you to do this. They come with a reflector trim detail for visibility at night and are available individually or as a set of six (two of each size).

GARDEN SWING
This swing has pride of place in our garden underneath the most wonderful, shady tree. I made it for the children and engraved it with one of my wife Susie’s, favourite quotes. The swing comes in 3 sizes with or without an additional engraved message on the edge. Messages are hand routed. The swing comes with two 8m lengths of hemp rope attached with a spliced knot which is significantly stronger than a normal knot and is intended to be permanent.
