My real love of wood began at a young age, when I could usually be found in my father's workshop. Although my father worked in banking, he was skilled in woodwork and recognised that I had that talent as well. I excelled at woodwork at school  and from the age of 14, started doing carpentry jobs for other people.

There is something inside me that just finds a joy in the connection with wood and what it can be turned into..

Over the years, I’ve helped my parents renovate their barn in France into a beautiful home and completed numerous projects in our home as well as for other people.

I have a huge knowledge and love of wood and traditional carpentry methods, together with a keen interest to explore and develop new approaches.
